A simple prawn recipe

Just a simple prawn recipe to share with everyone!

Ingredients
12 large ocean prawns
1 tablespoon oil
2 tablespoon dark soy sauce
1 tablespoon sugar

Directions
1. Heat oil in wok till medium heat.
2. Stir-fry prawns till they turn red.
3. Add in the dark soy sauce and sugar. (Add in some chilli if you want it spicy!!)
4. For slightly saltier taste, can add a dash of oyster sauce.
5. Stir-fry for another minute or so or until sauce has started to thicken.
