Still In Action!!!
Hi everyone! It's been a long time since I last updated the blog due to a very busy schedule! Thanks to all who have sms/called to enquire. Your support is greatly appreciated and hope that the seafood is up to your expectations! Below are the prices again and subject to changes. Do call/sms to confirm! I have taken out tiger prawns as I don't find the supply regular enough.

Ocean prawns (Large) : S$24
Crayfish/Slipper Lobster (large) : S$25
Minimum order is 2kg.
Please note that for crayfish / slipper lobster, it may not be a round kg. There will be always a bit more / less and will be charged accordingly (e.g. 1.3kg = $32.50)
There are other products to add but price is upon asking:
1. Red garoupa (whole fish)
2. Garoupa meat
3. White Promfret (whole fish)
4. Silver Promfret / Dou Chang(in Mandarin)(Again, whole fish)
For whole fish, it is not descaled nor are the insides taken out.

A simple prawn recipe
Just a simple prawn recipe to share with everyone!
Ingredients
12 large ocean prawns
1 tablespoon oil
2 tablespoon dark soy sauce
1 tablespoon sugar
Directions
1. Heat oil in wok till medium heat.
2. Stir-fry prawns till they turn red.
3. Add in the dark soy sauce and sugar. (Add in some chilli if you want it spicy!!)
4. For slightly saltier taste, can add a dash of oyster sauce.
5. Stir-fry for another minute or so or until sauce has started to thicken.

Anyway, prices have reverted back to normal.... Thank god! Yes, fresh prawns and seafood for sale! Just so you don't need to search my blog for the prices, I list them out again!

Chinese New Year is round the corner!!
Hi all! Apologies for not updating all of you as Prawn Boy has been pretty busy!
As you would all know, Chinese New Year ("CNY") is just round the corner! With all the potential feasting, wouldn't you like to get some really nice and fresh prawns / seafood for CNY?
As with past CNYs, prices are usually jacked up a month earlier. I have spoken to my suppliers and it seems that prices have been doubled if not more!!! Sigh.... So I have no choice but to adjust my prices accordingly! But not to worry, my prices will revert back to normal once CNY is over.
Do note for orders for CNY, minimum order per delivery is 2 kgs combined with a minimum of 1 kg of each type of seafood. As usual, prices are upon asking for various fish types and may also vary on that day itself!! Not to worry, it will still be cheaper than what you get at the supermarket or wet market!
So here's the revised product and price listing (prices are per kg):
Grey Prawns (Large): S$25
Tiger Prawns (Medium): S$30
Ocean prawns (Large) : S$40

It's Prawn Boy again! Thanks for the support so far and I am extremely grateful! Due to rising costs (especially for oil and food prices), it is inevitable that my prices have to be revised. Well, prices have been rising and I have been absorbing the additional costs.
I would very much like to keep to the old prices but alas! It is not very much possible. Also, I have dropped a few products from my product listing.
So here's the revised product and price listing (prices are per kg):
Tiger prawns (Medium) : S$18
Ocean prawns (Large) : S$25
Crayfish/Slipper Lobster (large) : S$26

Finding it difficult to buy fresh prawns @ affordable prices?!
Ever gone to the supermarkets or wet markets to buy your favourite prawns and only to find them not to be as fresh as expected? Ever find those really fresh prawns too expensive? You just have to travel too far to find those prawns you really want? Frustrating, isn’t it?

The prawns are jumping while I buy them and I will deliver them to you in the next few hours to you! Of course, if your schedule is tight, then another delivery time can be arranged!
Will my prawns deteriorate from the time I buy them to the time you get them? The answer is NO! I use ice boxes with excellent insulation and packed with ice. These are the same ice boxes used by fishermen when they go overseas fishing for few days.
For my pricing, you will find them reasonable for really fresh prawns that are delivered straight to your doorstep. NO FUSS, NO HASSLE!! Let Prawn Boy take care of your prawn needs!
And now for the most important bit..... pricing and orders. Orders are in denominations of 1kg and minimum order is 1kg of a single species of prawn. Oh yes, I don’t do overseas delivery.
